## Smoke test matrix

| `tnc2c` | UART boot-wait + KISS + decode at remote |
| `max25e0` | bcpr SER12 + PTT + on-air |
| `soft-crdop` | ALSA loopback or acoustic bench (optional for tag) |

## Offline test matrix
